Per the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act), Artzy Zebra will respond quickly to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to Jessica Mark (see address below) or Jessica@artzyzebra.com. Please be aware that if sent by email there is always a chance that it goes to a spam folder. Once contacted about the copyright infringement, Pixie Weight Loss will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright-protected content.

In the near future the Site may have the ability to let you chat, contribute to, or participate in placing a post or review on a page or participate in Site message boards or online forums. (Collectively called “Contributions”) These Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Site and through third-party websites. As such, any Contributions you submit on the Site may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
When you create or make available any contributions, you represent and warrant that:

- Your Contributions do not violate any law, regulation or rule.
- Your Contributions do not contain any material that is not appropriate for anyone under 18. Furthermore that your contributions do not cause harm to any minor in any way including but not limited to: Pornography, drugs, strong language, violence or threats.
- Your Contributions are not offensive to any race, gender, sexual preference or handicap.
- Your Contributions must not link to any page that is not part of the Site.
- Your Contributions do not cost anything and are given freely.
- Your Contributions are not in any competition with any other company. You also agree that you do not work for another company that is in any way a competitor to Artzy Zebra.

More Important Information Regarding Contributions:
Any use of the Site in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms Of Use and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site.
By posting your Contributions to any part of the Site, you automatically grant us to use any Contributions in any way for the purposes of advertising or using them as content on another part of the Site. Including but not limited to placing your Contributions in emails, YouTube videos, or other social media sites.
Artzy Zebra most likely will have not reviewed all of the Contributions posted on the Site or in any other way displayed. Therefore, Artzy Zebra cannot be responsible or liable for any of the material or content that is included in any Contribution. By using the Site you agree to be solely responsible for any Contributions to the Site that are given by you and you expressly agree to exonerate us from all responsibility including refraining from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions. We have the right to edit, delete, or otherwise change any Contributions. We have the right to move Contributions on the Site.

All of Artzy Zebras’ advice, reviews and content on any page for any product are based on a lot of research and/or hands on experience. While we do our best to post helpful knowledgeable posts we are not responsible for anything that happens as a result from a buy from a third party website. We are affiliate members of affiliate programs. Meaning we most likely will receive a small commission from any affiliate links that are linking from the website.

If you are not satisfied with any service directly sold by Artzy Zebra please contact us within 60 days of the purchase at Jessica@artzyzebra.com. Services include but are not limited to website design, social media posts/ads design, blogging pages, seo strategies, Photoshop corrections or marketing. Please include the reason why in detail, and we will strongly take your reasons in consideration when deciding whether or not a refund or partial refund needs to be made. Please make sure to read all the directions or instructions before making a purchase. Artzy Zebra is not responsible for any issues related to a client not reading all the directions or instructions for a service or product in advance of ordering.
